Basketball Recap: Chief Ivan Blunka Comes Up Short

Chief Ivan Blunka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Koliganek Huskies, falling 76-56. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, with their most recent loss being a 73-34 defeat on Friday.

It was another big night for Andy Andrew, who posted 23 points for Koliganek. Gusty Tunguing IV was another key player, putting up 16 points.

Chief Ivan Blunka's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Koliganek, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-3.

As of now, neither Chief Ivan Blunka nor Koliganek have any future games scheduled.
