Basketball Recap: New Bremen Comes Up Short

New Bremen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 52-27 to the Legacy Christian Academy Knights. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 561st, while the Knights are ranked 160th).

New Bremen's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Legacy Christian Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.

New Bremen has already played their next matchup (against Marion Local), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Legacy Christian Academy will head out to square off against Genoa Christian Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
