O'Neill put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They really took it to the Schuyler Warriors for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-0 victory. That 70 point margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

O'Neill's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Grady Welke, who rushed for 64 yards and two scores. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 54 yards. Braxen Eichelberger was in the mix as well, providing O'Neill with three touchdowns.

O'Neill's run defense was locked in: Schuyler could only muster 2.2 yards per carry. The team can thank Colten Shoemaker for the heroic effort on defense: he. O'Neill didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 11.

Special teams played a big role in the game for O'Neill, adding 16 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Eichelberger, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

O'Neill's record now sits at 7-0. As for Schuyler, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

O'Neill didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 37-7 victory against Scotus on the 17th. As for Schuyler, they have also already played their next matchup, a 23-22 win against Wayne on the 17th.
