            Hancock had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by  a  19-1 margin over the Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the   12-11 victory the Bobcats walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in May of 2019.

 Gael Martinez made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  struck out six batters over  two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  hit in four consecutive appearances.
