Softball Recap: Nashville Christian Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Nashville Christian's offense. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lipscomb Academy Mustangs on Friday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nashville Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Humes, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases.

Nashville Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Lipscomb Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nashville Christian will face off against Davidson Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lipscomb Academy, they will take on Battle Ground Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
