Volleyball Game Preview: Easley Green Wave vs. Greenville Red Raiders + How To Watch

The Easley Green Wave will head out on the road to face off against the Greenville Red Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Easley came up short against Woodmont and fell 3-1. The Green Wave haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-9, 24-26, 25-11, 25-19.

Easley's loss came about despite a quality game from Leah Adkins, who had 13 digs. Mae Ellis also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

Meanwhile, Greenville made easy work of J.L. Mann on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Red Raiders haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Greenville not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept J.L. Mann between 17 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-17, 25-17.

Greenville's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Easley, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.
