Soccer Recap: Mission Vista Victorious

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Mission Vista brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They never let the High Tech SD Storm onto the board and left with a 5-0 win on Thursday. The score was close at the half, but Mission Vista pulled away in the second half with four goals.

Their offense was hitting High Tech SD from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Mission Vista's victory bumped their record up to 7-9-4. As for High Tech SD, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-16-2 record this season.

Mission Vista will be playing in front of their home fans against Chula Vista Learning Community Charter at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for High Tech SD, they will host Logan Memorial Education Campus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
