Lewis Central won the last time they faced Jefferson, and things went their way on Friday, too. Lewis Central were fully in charge, breezing past Jefferson 56-0. Followers of Lewis Central probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.

The victory bumped Lewis Central's record up to 4-0. The defeat dropped Jefferson's record to 1-4.

Next week Lewis Central take on Creston/Orient-Macksburg at 7:00 PM. Lewis Central have bulldozed their previous four opponents, so Creston/Orient-Macksburg might have their hands full. Jefferson will look to defend their home turf against Valley.
