Volleyball Recap: Panguitch Makes It Six in a Row at Home

There's no place like home for Panguitch, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They put the hurt on the Kanab Cowboys with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. This was payback for the Bobcats, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Panguitch was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20, 25-10.

Leading Panguitch to victory were Shylee Keele and Brooklyn Harland. Keele had 23 assists and eight digs, while Harland had 12 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Harland has posted since back in August of 2024.

Panguitch's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Panguitch will square off against Beaver at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kanab, they will venture away from home to take on Hurricane at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
