Hebron Christian extended their winning streak to six on Friday, bumping them up to 8-1. They blew past the Prince Avenue Christian Wolverines 43-6. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Lions' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Wolverines are ranked 79th).

Devon Caldwell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 240 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Jarvis Mathurin, who picked up 148 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Hebron Christian's run defense was locked in: Prince Avenue Christian could only muster 2.9 yards per carry. The team can thank Stroud Morris for the heroic effort on defense: he. Hebron Christian didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 11.9.

Hebron Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Morris and Beau Bennett. Morris has been hot for a while, having also posted six or more total tackles the last ten times he's played.

As for Prince Avenue Christian, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-3. They were red-hot offensively heading into the matchup (they scored no less than 31 points in the three contests prior), but Hebron Christian's defense proved too tough.

Despite the loss, Prince Avenue Christian still got an impressive performance from Andrew Beard, who rushed for 93 yards and one score.
