Fillmore Central had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They snuck past the St. Charles Fighting Saints with a 57-51 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Falcons' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 246th, while the Fighting Saints are ranked 98th).

Fillmore Central is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points per game. As for St. Charles, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
