Holmen put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Port Washington Pirates by a score of 2-0.

Charley Casey paced Holmen's offense, picking up nine kills. Casey got some help from Makenna McHugh and her ten assists. Sadie Mayer controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Despite the loss, Port Washington still got an impressive performance from Sierra Hoeft, who had nine digs and two aces.

Holmen's victory bumped their record up to 16-0. As for Port Washington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7.

Holmen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Cedarburg on the 13th. As for Port Washington, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Kettle Moraine Lutheran on the 16th.
