Saltillo extended their postseason success on Tuesday against George County. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Rebels. The win was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on seven straight.

JORDAN EVERS tossed a big game, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits (and only one walk).

At the plate, BAYLOR ROBERTS was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double.

Saltillo's victory bumped their record up to 26-5. As for George County, they moved to 24-11 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Saltillo will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rebels: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
