Baseball Recap: Crosspoint Christian Takes a Loss

Crosspoint Christian lost against Non Varsity Opponent back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Crosspoint Christian came up short against Non Varsity Opponent, falling 13-5. Crosspoint Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gus Bradley stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Vincent Wieberg was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Crosspoint Christian suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 3-3.

Crosspoint Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-5 loss against Christian Fellowship on the 15th. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they have also already played their next contest, an 18-7 victory against Cornerstone Christian Academy on the 14th.
