Oak Ridge had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Midland Bulldogs.

Allie Lindsey paced Oak Ridge's offense, picking up 11 kills. Lindsey got some help from Grace Coan and her 19 assists. Leila Ceaser controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Oak Ridge's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Midland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-7 record this season.

Oak Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Springtown on the 28th. As for Midland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Bryan on the 28th.
