Baseball Recap: Woodcrest Christian Comes Up Short

Woodcrest Christian lost against Aquinas back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Royals fell 7-2 to the Falcons. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woodcrest Christian saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Cook, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Woodcrest Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Aquinas, their victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1.

Woodcrest Christian has already played their next match, a 10-1 win against Adelanto on the 14th. As for Aquinas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-2 defeat against Valley Christian on the 14th.
