Mapleton has gone 8-2 against Monroeville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Mapleton Mounties will welcome the Monroeville Eagles at 1:00 p.m. Monroeville took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Mapleton, who comes in off a win.

Last Monday, Mapleton got the win against South Central by a conclusive 48-27. The Mounties have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Monroeville's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 44-32 to New London.

The victory made it two in a row for Mapleton and bumps their season record up to 7-1. As for Monroeville, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 6-3.

Mapleton didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Monroeville in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 57-52 win. Will Mapleton repeat their success, or does Monroeville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
