Soccer Recap: Trinity Greenlawn Takes a Loss

After flying high against Marquette Catholic on Monday, Trinity Greenlawn came back down to earth. The Titans lost 5-0 to the Mishawaka Marian Knights on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Trinity Greenlawn of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Trinity Greenlawn's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Mishawaka Marian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Greenlawn will head out to square off against Rochester at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Trinity Greenlawn's defense better be ready for this one: Rochester have averaged an impressive 2.8 goals per game this season. As for Mishawaka Marian, they are taking a road trip to challenge Warsaw at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
