 On Thursday Anthony Pizzuti was dialed in and  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while going 5-for-5. He played a big game the last time he faced Rutherford, so the team probably should've seen him coming. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with more than seven strikeouts. For the season,  Pizzuti  has been strong no matter where he plays. On the mound, he has an ERA of 1.80 over 23.3 innings pitched. Meanwhile, at bat he has slashed 0.471/0.471/0.765 with 28 runs, plus 18 stolen bases.
 Pizzuti and Lyndhurst will be playing in front of their home fans against Butler at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
