Valle Catholic is a perfect 9-0 against Kingston since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Warriors will host the Cougars at 4:30 p.m. Valle Catholic knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Kingston likes a good challenge.

Last Thursday, Valle Catholic made easy work of Bismarck and carried off a 17-8 win. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Kingston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Bourbon, falling 20-5. That's two games in a row now that the Cougars have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Kelsey Courtway and Emerson Clark did some serious damage despite the final result: Courtway scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2, while Clark went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Courtway also hit a triple, marking her first of the season.

Kingston's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Valle Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Valle Catholic took their victory against Kingston in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 18-7 score. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
