Meridian has gone 9-1 against Eagle recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. Eagle's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Meridian, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Meridian strolled past Eagle in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a score of 65-51. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Eagle's Russell Gibson, who posted 19 points and six rebounds.
