Volleyball Game Preview: Joliet West Tigers vs. Oswego Panthers + Official Tickets

The Joliet West Tigers will take on the Oswego Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Joliet West will be looking to extend their current 14-game winning streak.

Joliet West is headed into the matchup having just posted their closest victory since September 17th on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Bolingbrook 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Joliet West got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 21-25, 25-10.

Joliet West can attribute much of their success to Eden Eyassu, who had 11 digs and six assists, and Lily Swan, who had four digs. That's the most digs Eyassu has posted since back in September.

Meanwhile, Oswego came up short against Naperville North on Friday and fell 2-0.

Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Joliet West, their win bumped their record up to 30-3.
