Football Recap: North Chicago Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Waukegan last Friday, North Chicago came back down to earth. The Warhawks took a blow against the Wauconda Bulldogs on Friday, falling 47-6. The Warhawks haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Cole Korycanek had a dynamite game For Wauconda., rushing for 82 yards and one score on only eight carries.

North Chicago now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Wauconda, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North Chicago is set to square off against their familiar foe Grant Community at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Wauconda will take on rival Grayslake North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
