After a string of 11 wins, MICDS's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 4-0 to the Duchesne Pioneers. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pioneers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2021.

MICDS' defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Duchesne, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season.

MICDS will challenge Clayton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Duchesne, they will square off against St. Dominic at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Crusaders will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Pioneers surely won't give up without a fight.
