It was fun while it lasted, but Gladwin's undefeated season came to an end after six games on Tuesday. They came up short against the Glenn Bobcats, falling 71-50. The match marked the Flying G's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Among those leading the charge was Danzell Calhoun, who posted 18 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Hayden Ruff, who had 13 points.

Having lost for the first time this season, Gladwin fell to 6-1. As for Glenn, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-2.

Gladwin has already played their next game, a 54-45 loss against Standish-Sterling on the 10th. As for Glenn, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 70-56 win against Bridgeport on the 10th.
