Baseball Game Preview: Dayton Dust Devils vs. Spring Creek Spartans

For the second straight game, Dayton will face off against Spring Creek. The Dust Devils will head out to challenge the Spartans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Dayton is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

On Friday, Dayton came up short against Spring Creek and fell 6-3.

Dayton saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Duke Evans, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Michael Reitman, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

Dayton's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Spring Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.
