League recap: Vining dominating on the mound for Kettle Falls

2B Bi-County's top pitcher this week was Kettle Falls's Tyler Vining. He picked up zero wins and five strikeouts.

Northwest Christian currently leads the league with a 2-0 record overall and a 2-0 mark during league play. Colfax is in second place, zero games behind with a 2-0 record in league play.

The Bulldogs' pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 10 hits and six walks to lead the league in both categories. On the season, Kettle Falls has allowed just 143 hits, while striking out 182 batters. Vining leads Kettle Falls with 79 strikeouts in 59 innings pitched.

Reuben Winter had four hits in five at bats in Reardan's 11-0 victory over Kettle Falls on Tuesday. He rounded out his day with four runs batted in and three runs scored.

Winter was an RBI machine on Tuesday, as he knocked in four runs during Reardan's 11-0 win over Kettle Falls.
