Softball Recap: Whitman Comes Up Short

Red Jacket hit Whitman with a five-run fourth inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Wildcats came up short against the Indians, falling 10-2. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Whitman's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Red Jacket, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Whitman nor Red Jacket have any future games scheduled.
