Volleyball Recap: Willow Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Willow lost against Metairie Park Country Day back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions came up short against the Cajuns, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-10, 25-15.

Elena Pardo paced Willow's offense, picking up five kills. Pardo got some help from Haviva A and her seven assists. A was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Willow's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Metairie Park Country Day, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Willow has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Bonnabel on the 9th. As for Metairie Park Country Day, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against St. Michael on the 5th.
