Football Recap: Heritage Christian Finds Home Field Redemption Against Valley View

There's no place like home for Heritage Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Valley View Eagles with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 44-28. The Warriors pushed the score to 38-14 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

The critical scores for Heritage Christian came from Donovan Booker, Nicholas Boldt, Esteban Montealegre, Jordan Schiffner, and Eli Simmons.

Valley View's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Damien Randin, who picked up 86 receiving yards and one touchdown.
