University City and Scripps Ranch are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Centurions will head out to challenge the Falcons at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. University City will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.

University City is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over Madison on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Centurions in their matchups with the Warhawks: they've now won nine in a row.

Melia Galvan made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits.
