Red Mountain waltzed into their game on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 43-35 victory over the Mountain View Toros. The 43-point effort marked the Mountain Lions' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Red Mountain's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Anthony Gamba, who posted 11 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Travon Darby, who earned 11 points and six steals.

Red Mountain's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4. As for Mountain View, they moved to 9-9 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Red Mountain will welcome Gilbert at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Red Mountain is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.2 points per game this season. As for Mountain View, they will head out to take on Cibola at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Cibola knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Mountain View likes a good challenge.
