Volleyball Recap: Sunnyside Comes Up Short

Sunnyside saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Ripon Christian Knights. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ripon Christian found their leader in sophomore Ian Brown, who had eight digs and two assists. Those two assists gave Brown a new career-high.

Sunnyside's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Ripon Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Sunnyside has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Madera South on the 11th. As for Ripon Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Orestimba on the 10th.
