Volleyball Game Preview: Port Washington Pirates vs. Plymouth Panthers

The Port Washington Pirates will head out on the road to square off against the Plymouth Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Plymouth took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Port Washington, who comes in off a win.

Port Washington's tournament run continued when they took on Shoreland Lutheran on Saturday. The Pirates walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Pacers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pirates.

Meanwhile, Plymouth came up short against Living Word Lutheran on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Timberwolves recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Plymouth's loss dropped their record down to 14-17. As for Port Washington, their win bumped their record up to 23-11.

Port Washington couldn't quite get it done against Plymouth in their previous meeting on Saturday as they fell 2-0. Can the Pirates avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
