It was a good run, but Braswell unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Duncanville Panthers and Pantherettes.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-15.

Duncanville can attribute much of their success to Jaleeya Brown, who had six digs and two aces. That's the most digs Brown has posted since back in November of 2024.

Braswell's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Duncanville, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Braswell has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Gunter on the 16th. As for Duncanville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Ovilla Christian on the 16th.
