Crystal River (Fla.) and
Lecanto (Fla.) both received superb games from their defenses, but Crystal River was able to break through the stalemate for a 14-7 win.

Collin Ryan to
Antonio Franklin with 9:00 left in the second quarter stood up for the duration of the game, as neither team managed to score in the second half.
Lecanto's only touchdown came on an 11-yard pass from
Travis McGee to
Matt McKibbin in the second quarter.
When the two teams played each other last season, CR came away with a 28-25 victory.
The win was a nice bounce back for the Pirates, who lost to South Sumter last week, 38-0. The loss comes after Lecanto defeated Wesley Chapel 10-6 last week. The loss ended Lecanto's two-game winning streak.
