            The St. Mary Cathedral Snowbirds will head out on the road to  challenge  the Ellsworth Lancers  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. St. Mary Cathedral will be strutting in after a  win while Ellsworth will be coming in after a  defeat.
St. Mary Cathedral not only won  on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win  since September 25th (when they won  3-0). They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over North Michigan Christian Academy.
Meanwhile, Ellsworth was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They lost  3-0 to Frankfort.
 The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10,  25-8.
 St. Mary Cathedral has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5-1 record  this season. As for Ellsworth, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.
 St. Mary Cathedral took their  victory against Ellsworth  when the teams last played  back in October of 2024 by a conclusive  3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Snowbirds since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
