Basketball Recap: Kohala's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Kohala had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 61-52 win over the McKinley Tigers on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cowboys also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2020.

Kohala's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for McKinley, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Kohala wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 87-16 win against Laupahoehoe on the 17th. As for McKinley, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Kalani at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th.
