Argo proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by seven) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their defense stepped up to hand the Oak Lawn Spartans a 1-0 shutout. Argo's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Klara Cicha, who's now up to 31 this season.

Argo's win bumped their record up to 9-4-1. As for Oak Lawn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5-1.

Argo didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Timothy Christian on the 3rd. As for Oak Lawn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Hancock on the 5th.
