Basketball Game Preview: Racine Lutheran Crusaders vs. Dominican Knights

The Racine Lutheran Crusaders will venture away from home to square off against the Dominican Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Racine Lutheran has now lost 21 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since November 26.

Last Friday, Racine Lutheran took a blow against St. Thomas More, falling 78-34. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 398th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 134th).

Meanwhile, Dominican had just enough and edged Sun Prairie West out 51-49 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Dominican's victory bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Racine Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-21.

Racine Lutheran was dealt a bruising 50-18 loss at the hands of Dominican in their previous matchup back in January. Can Racine Lutheran avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
