Preview: Life Christian vs. Oklahoma School for the Deaf
Oklahoma School for the Deaf have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will square off against Life Christian at 6:30 PM on Saturday. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Oklahoma School for the Deaf came into their this week averaging 48.6 points per game, but Oklahoma School for the Deaf fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They took a serious blow against Mississippi School for the Deaf two weeks ago, falling 8-50. This game was a close 8-6 at the break, but unfortunately for Oklahoma School for the Deaf it sure didn't stay that way.
Meanwhile, Life Christian were averaging 34.8 points per game entering their matchup last Friday, but they just couldn't find their rhythm against Claremore Christian. Life Christian were dealt a punishing 6-54 defeat at the hands of Claremore Christian. That makes it the first time this season Life Christian have let down their home crowd.
Oklahoma School for the Deaf took a serious blow against Life Christian the last time the two teams met, falling 6-46. Can Oklahoma School for the Deaf avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
