Wayne Hills was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after falling to St. Joseph Regional. The Patriots came in at 25 in the state poll after placing at number 28 last week.

Wayne Hills fell to the Green Knights 35-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Justin DeGroat was a bright spot for Wayne Demikoff's team, as he threw for 25 yards and ran for 23 yards in the defeat.

Sam Donato was a key player and the best on defense this week as Northern Highlands fell to Ramapo. The 5-foot-4 senior grabbed 1 sack.

Billy Crank put up the best numbers through the air as Wayne Valley beat Passaic Valley. He finished with a total of 10 completions for 177 yards and 2 touchdowns. Crank's favorite target this week was Liam Connors, who caught 4 passes for 63 yards.

6-foot-1 quarterback Crank of the Indians is the league leader in passing yards this season with 699. He has also thrown 9 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Mohamed Beretey. The Teaneck star has 12 catches for 267 yards.

An important game coming up in Big North - Colonial this week will be when Teaneck takes on the Patriots. The Highwaymen are in fifth place, while Wayne Hills is in second place.

The Highlanders led the league in scoring this week by notching 33 points on the Highlanders.
