Football Recap: Union Hill Piles Up the Points Against Campbell

While Union Hill put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for Campbell. The Bulldogs claimed a resounding 52-0 win over the Indians. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won six games by 46 points or more so far this season.

Ej Mowery had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 194 yards and four scores on only five carries, while also throwing for 126 yards and three touchdowns. Mowery is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.

Union Hill didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jacob Brewster and Keylan Orsburn.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Union Hill, bringing their record up to 6-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points over those games. As for Campbell, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-2.

Coincidentally, Union Hill and Campbell will both be playing Savoy the next time they take the field. The Indians will host the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on the 31st.
