South Shore Vo-Tech entered their tilt with Bristol County Agricultural on Friday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Chieftains. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

While South Shore Vo-Tech won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 25-21.

Leading South Shore Vo-Tech to victory were Luca Torrey and Chloe Mason. Torrey had 11 digs and one assist, while Mason had three digs and three aces. Torrey has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last four times she's played. Bailey Newell also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

South Shore Vo-Tech's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Bristol County Agricultural, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 6-6 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. South Shore Vo-Tech will head out to face off against Norfolk County Agricultural at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bristol County Agricultural, they will venture away from home to take on Southeastern RVT at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
