Basketball Recap: Salem Comes Up Short

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Salem couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They received a blow on Thursday as they fell 55-41 to the Londonderry Lancers. The loss continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their meetings with the Lancers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Londonderry, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-2.

As of now, neither Salem nor Londonderry have any future games scheduled.
