Basketball Game Preview: Canyon Comanches vs. Crean Lutheran Saints

The Canyon Comanches will face off against the Crean Lutheran Saints at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Canyon knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Crean Lutheran likes a good challenge.

Canyon might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 76-70 to La Habra, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, Crean Lutheran posted their biggest victory since November 20, 2024 on Friday. They blew past Cypress 76-53. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-20.

Crean Lutheran is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.4 points per game. As for Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-9.
