Softball Recap: Lincoln County Takes a Loss

Lincoln County's last matchup with George Rogers Clark could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Monday. The Patriots came up short against the Cardinals, falling 10-2. The Patriots have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Lincoln County's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for George Rogers Clark, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Looking ahead, Lincoln County will challenge Tates Creek at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for George Rogers Clark, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Paris at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
