Recap: Lisbon Broncos vs. Richland Colts

The Lisbon Broncos scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They came out on top against Richland by a score of 76-64. The win was familiar territory for Lisbon who now have three in a row.

Richland lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Casyn Syvertsen, who scored 19 points. The match was Syvertsen's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Nick Mjoness, who scored 13 points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Even though they lost, Richland were working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Lisbon's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Richland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Lisbon will look to defend their home court on Friday against Kindred at 7:30 p.m. Kindred has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 406 points over their last six games. Richland won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Hankinson at 7:00 p.m. on January 9th. Hankinson presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Richland in North Dakota (Hankinson is ranked 13th, while Richland is ranked 102nd).
