Basketball Recap: United Christian Academy Takes a Loss

United Christian Academy lost against Regents back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The United Christian Academy Crusaders lost 65-41 to the Regents Lions.

Leading Regents to victory were Morris Hoffman and Tristan Miller. Hoffman posted 11 points in addition to seven boards and four steals, while Miller went 6 for 8 on his way to 12 points and six rebounds. Hoffman is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Elijah Anokye-Gyambrah, who had eight points and six boards.

United Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Regents, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-3.

United Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Regents, they will welcome Blue Ridge Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Regents is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.4 points per game this season.
