Soccer Recap: West Mecklenburg Comes Up Short

West Mecklenburg lost against Chambers back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The West Mecklenburg Hawks came up short against the Chambers Cougars, falling 9-0. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Mecklenburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chambers, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

West Mecklenburg didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Harding University on the 14th. As for Chambers, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Berry on the 17th.
